About The Gathering at Viamede Resort…

What is The Gathering?

It’s an event series curated from our culinary philosophy of using locally-sourced, foraged, and raised ingredients and sharing exquisite, highly-edible gourmet in a social space with local live music, special guests, and—most importantly—you.

In short, it’s the best party in the Kawarthas.

Who’s coming?

A quality assembly of people who live in the Kawarthas, and a healthy cohort of people who wish they lived here.

I’m not sure I like gourmet food.

Yes, you do. You just haven’t tried our gourmet food.

What do I wear to The Gathering?

Think cabin chic, rugged allure or high-concept-down-home. In short, whatever you feel good in, and can dance in.

Highlights From Past Gathering Events

On Saturday, guests were treated to a Big Breakfast, Upgraded, an Open Kitchen cooking class and Chef’s Table lunch, maple syrup tapping demonstration, followed by an epic 9 course dinner at Mount Julian. The afterparty rocked late into the night to classic albums, and mostly everyone made it down to the late recovery brunch on Sunday morning.

4) What about Non-Personal Information?
