The Kawartha region basks in a wealth of excellent local producers. Twice a week, we head to the farmer’s market for all the produce and unique supplies we can get our hands on, to catch up with farmers and plan future gastronomic collaborations. Guests are always welcome to join the fun.
Each dish is crafted around these edible treasures, using at least one ingredient harvested from Viamede Resort’s property in every one. Local delicacies even make an appearance in our drinks menu: ready for a home-infused spruce gin martini or Viamede Resort bacon caesar, anyone?
